About
Having been on my own personal health journey for years, summer of 2023 I discovered Functional Medicine – and my life changed forever. Learning about eastern medicine and root-based approach to healthcare – I watched my health journey transform for the better / watched my symptoms reduce after applying all the teachings. Having been a designer all my life, last year decided to fully dedicate my life’s journey to helping others through holistic health & wellness design.
